Bricss: Simple responsive design test page →
bricss:
There are some pretty complex testing tools for responsive designs out there. I even see people constantly resizing their browser window using on-screen rulers. The easiest approach to me is just a simple page with a bunch of iframes, like Matt Kersley’s test page. Because I always ended up…

Jeffery Harrell: A story as yet untold →
jefferyharrell:
I’m going to let you guys in on a little secret. On Sunday, after spending a week on-and-off with Final Cut Pro X and pretty deep in a funk about it, I made a little thing. I did it because I was inspired in a small way, but I also did it because I had a copy of Adobe Premiere Pro CS 5.5 here,…

Navigullible
I think “navigullible” should be a word. Its for the buttons or a navigation on web sites that make you think your going somewhere or getting something that’s not true.
Think about it, “Free Download” buttons. Duh! Its free to download but you still have to pay for it. These assume the users are “navigullible”. Expecting users to click to get something...

Facebook Bait (you know for the thumbnails)
When building web pages that we want people to link to on facebook I’ve been adding some small code and images to control the thumbnail that is offered in facebook. Here is what im talking about making:

Quick thoughts on the Google Physics Based Logo...
So today Googles logo is monochrome… Yesterday it was a physics-mouse-reacting HTML5-beauty… Are these hints that seem to be pointing to John Dalton, a man known for his research into color blindness?

Panographs.
I’ve always been interested in them. I took a few while covering the World Winter Games for Lithia Motors a couple of years ago, and got bitten by the bug. Albeit lightly. Then… i got a new cell phone that takes panographic pictures! So you see alot of people taking pics with their iPhone, but i take photos like these. Be sure to zoom in and pan around! There is even a link for full...
Keeping my productivity train on its tracks.
I’ve come to the conclusion that my phone is not only a jab in the side of my productivity, but it may also be its saving grace. This morning I posted on facebook and tweeted that i would attempt to use my phone for all my personal communications. Some of you asked why.
First, I spend way to much time on twitter and facebook for my job, which makes it easy to get wrapped up in it for my...

Why this blog?
Well I’m mostly a video producer, I’m also working in the web design industry and often feel I’m futurist in the making. This part of my site is so I have a place where I can get my ideas and thoughts out to friends that aren’t directly related (but often are) to these two industries. In short, I often find my self ranting on and on, and so having a place where i can post...
